Welcome!
Growing up, school has always been a priority for me because being successful in school is what would help propel me to a successful life. Elementary school was like a home away from home where the teacher would greet me and friends eager to play. At a young age I knew that my career would be in the teaching field because of the impact my teachers had made on me. My most influential teacher was in the second grade. That was the first year I told myself that I would become a teacher, and from then on I had never changed my mind. The genuine care and respect my teacher had for every student was amazing. To this day I still tell my second grade teacher about the positive impact she had on my career decision. After graduating from Caldwell High School I continued on to play softball at Treasure Valley Community College in Ontario, Oregon. In 2012 I received my Associates of Arts from T.V.C.C. and decided to join The College of Idaho (C of I) education department. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 2014 and am currently in the Master of Arts in Teaching.
